The Text-to-Speech special source is back
The Text-to-Speech special source has returned and can be used to capture audio from applications that do not play text-to-speech audio through their own processes (triggered by the Start Speak command in the Speech menu).

On macOS 14 (Sonoma), the “Siri” special source now correctly includes sound effects, and the “VoiceOver” special source has been optimized to capture only necessary processes.
